He is a member of the Board of Directors of IXLA Group – a leading company in the supply of equipment for the emerging market of plastic card customisation using laser engraving technology. In the past he was a Director of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Infracom SpA, Alberto Aspesi & C. SpA and A4 Holding SpA.

Mr Guglielmo Tabacchi is an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Arsenale Real Estate SGR.

In addition, Mr Tabacchi is Sole Director of 2G Investimenti Srl – Company of industrial participations and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at RES Group, which occupies a leading position in the Italian real estate sector in the retail sector.

Guglielmo Tabacchi graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Padua and holds an MBA from Boston University – USA.
