Built in 1986, the campus is located in the Torrance submarket in Los Angeles, in close proximity to the North American headquarters of Honda and Toyota, and consists of a property of three buildings with three floors each. At the time of sale, the property was part of a portfolio-deal and was leased for 80% of the square footage, with Honda as anchor tenant.
